VOTSQF OPENING DAY QUAIL CAMPS
We had a fun time out at Burro Creek Campground for opening day of quail season! New friends, new hunting grounds and some of us newbies learned a lot about quail hunting! We saw and heard a ton of birds, and shot a bunch of them too ;) We saw some wildlife out there too as there were sightings of bighorn sheep, dove, fish, gnats and a rattlesnake who slithered way too close to us on the first evening!
Thanks to Rooney for protecting our group camp as we were out chasing the birds!
